Making primary care a career destination

Fully-funded at integrated care board (ICB) level, Primary Care Careers (PCC) is a recruitment service dedicated to making general practice a career destination. We aim to provide a one-stop solution for every organisation involved in primary care.

We are commissioned by ICBs to assist general practices and primary care networks (PCNs) with all aspects of their recruitment. At PCC, we approach recruitment from a number of different angles thanks to our dedicated team, which has expertise in recruitment, marketing and human resources (HR).

We started in Essex, then expanded to cover the east of England.  We are a virtual team, so have no geographical boundaries: if you would like to talk to us about how we could work with you, then please get in touch.

Attraction is all about getting the right people interested in working with you.

Primary Care Careers (PCC) understands the value of primary care and wants to make sure that everyone else does too. Find out how PCC attracts candidates to the wide variety of roles across primary care.
