Welcome to the Essentials of People Management programme
Whether you’ve been managing people for a while or if managing people is a new responsibility for you, there will be something in the programme to help you.
Let’s be honest, managing people and teams can feel overwhelming at times, and finding support and advice in a format that suits you isn’t always easy. We’ve created a programme that pulls several elements of managing people into one place to support you in managing people, teams and leadership.

These seven modules are available in a choice of formats: video, audio and written text – you simply pick the learning style that suits you best. You have the freedom to choose a different format for each module, whilst working at a pace and a time that suits you. The other choice you have is what device you use to access the programme with: desk top PC, laptop, tablet or a mobile. Again, you can use different devices for each module to fit around your busy working environment. Whatever you choose, there will be some structure and practical tips to give you reference points that you can return to in the future.
